I went to the website and checked it out. When you pulled up the nutrition label, it doesn't give the breakdown of amino acids...it just says "Protein Blend." That to me sends up red flags. I don't buy protein powder unless I can see how much of each amino acid is in it. Not to mention, it was kind of pricey. Optimum Nutrition sells a really good whey protein. It gets rave reviews, is really loaded up with high amounts of aminos, and is very affordable. Yes, there are better proteins out there but they are pretty darned expensive. You get the most bang for your buck, I think, with Optimum's Whey.
