Default Ripped Fuel

I have been working on abs and little parts where I just cant get rid of a little fat here and there. My brother had baught some Ripped Fuel from Twinlab. Is this any good, and if not, any other suggestions. Not sure if this really falls under the "supplements" category, but its a pill for enhancing the body

I have seen little to no results with it to tell you the truth.

I haven't ever really had that good of results with it either...or been impressed with any of their products. "Stacker" is supposed to be a very good one to try...there's another one too...that I've used and it was very effective...however...I can't think of it's name off hand. GNC, did carry it though. Also, a cheaper alternative might be to use dieters tea. It is supposed to really up your metabolism and probably wouldn't even be half of the cost.

i hate to burst you bubble, but there is no product by any company that can spot reduce body fat. Ripped Fuel is a mix of all sorts of stimulants that will boost your metabolism. its good for upping your energy for tough workouts or to get you going in the morning. side effects include dehydration due to the caffiene, sometimes if your really sensitive to the stimulants it can make you jittery just like too much coffee, you might also find it hard to fall asleep with Ripped Fuel. in your case if you only have a small amount of fat to lose you'll have to toy with your diet, counting every last calorie you consume along with its source, carbs, protein and fat. if your looking to be a fighter than i would'nt worry about that last but of fat, look at Chuck Liddell, he's built but he's not ripped and he's a hell of a fighter.

I am suprised actually from the results, it's working for me I have already begun to lose weight in very few days I have taken it. I am also drinking green tea at the same time too so i'm not sure which it is, i'll keep taking both as long as its working and I don't see any negative side effects.

Also I notice because of my young age it would be near impossible to ever look "ripped", because teens in general retain more water? But thats not what im going for, just gonna lose a few pounds (and little love handles) that I have been trying to get rid of for quite some time.

i started working out 3 months ago im 18, Hard in spairing shadow boxing mauy tai standup self tought rutines and from video lessons,i take Rev from Nx care it is the most powerful weightloss pill and it is the next generation of weightloss i am pretty much tonned all over my body after 3 months of dedicated work outs i have a slightly defined 6 pack and it gets better every work out.

i can do upwards of 120 knuckle push ups minutes apon minutes of situps the stuff gives you endless energy and really really burns fat away fast.i wasnt ripped at all or in good shape how ever i wasnt fat,but now i am tonned and pretty defined all over my body id highly recommend Rev and a steady work out if u wanna get the tonned body look and get some more muscle stanima and cardio(all depends on ur work out)

i really push my self with about a 1 and a half hr work out in the morning and a half hr at night,I do situpts for upwards of 10 minutes strait,Crunchs and Straitening ur legs out and grabbing onto somthing above you and raising ur legs up strait(Really tones ur abbs) along with 10-20 minutes of shadow boxing in 2 minute intervuls with 20 knuckle push ups inbetween each session of shadow boxing to increase my muscle stanima and cardio.

Id highly recommend rev for energy boosting but it really comes down to just how bad u want it and how hard u work out and dedicate ur self to it.

Look at Fedor his borther or Chuck (who has a little bit of muscle but never really used to) none of these guys are really ripped but are still strong as hell and are stronger than the ripped weight lifters out there people who lift weights and do push up and all that crap. you should do that to stay in shape nothing more really

You're also 18...wait a few years and see how much energy you got. I'm not trying to discredit what you are saying or Rev. My muslce and cardio endurance were through the roof back then too though.

im aware my young age has somthing to do with it but trust me thease things help you wiht exess energy and motabolisim thats for sure. My cardio is not only good because of revs ,i have good cardio none the less but b4 i didnt.I have gotten in shape and tonned and great cardio and all i was saying rev has given me the enrgery and motabolisim to do that,It really comes down to how hard you work out, what you do and just how bad you want it and how dedicated u can be to a diet.

I also eat healthy so ofcoarse its not just the rev but Belve me it will help you and give you that extra boost you need during your work out sessions.

I wasnt in good shape 4-5 months ago i had no muscle strength or cardio,i wasnt fat but i had no muscle mass really and wasnt in very good shape.

I took up mma and started training very hard and now im in great shape and have very good cardio i can run at a slow jog for over 40 minutes before heavly sweating on a tredmill.

and i have a very defined tonned body, before id be lucky to do 4 minutes. Its not all to do with my age,my energy and cardio and muscle stanima has come from alot of hard work and dedicaton,i work out almost every day 2wice.im just lucky to be young and that makes things alot easyer.

Rev will not magicly make you in good shape,But it will help you burn alot of fat off and give you the energy you need. And along with a good diet and dedicated work out it wil deffinatly Provide a noticable differance in how fast you loose weight 100% gurenteed i can state that myself as a witness and a user,But its not some magical miricle weightloss were u can sit there and ull get tonned. NO pill will ever do that.

Hope that info helps in any inquries about Supplements
