i can't say that i have ever trusted any product that alters hormone function and/or production. often times the scientific proof you see is actual test data that has been used out of context. some studies say that testosterone increased 125% in test subjects. what they will fail to leave out is that the tests were performed on older women experiencing menopause. this was the case with Boron one of bodybuildings biggest fads that crashed and burned once the truth got out. you have to be careful because there is little or no regulations regarding this. there is a product out there called ZMA, which has been used by the NAVY S.E.A.L.s for years. it won't increase your Testosterone levels above normal but it keeps the body from producing less and therefore maintains natural levels in times of stress.
