Default Dreamfield Pasta?

I don't know if any of you are aware of this or not, but Dreamfields pasta claims that it has 5 digestible grams of carbs per serving rather than the normal 42 grams found in most pasta servings...does anyone know is this is for real?

Dreamfields Pasta

^some info if you are not aware...I have seen mixed reviews online...nothing conclusive either way...

I tried it and I couldn't tell much difference between regular pasta and this kind.

Do you think this actually works because I have been seeing mixed reviews online who tested their blood sugar after eating this pasta...does it depend on the person?

I'm not, I was just referring to tests that some users were doing. They had this pasta and a regular kind and tested their blood sugar levels afterwards to see if it was lower with Dreamfields...there were varying results.

you have to figure that everyone has a differant metabolism or that thier digestive abilities differ. other factors can come into play such as how much they ate, what they ate the pasta with(i doubt anyone just ate plain pasta), how long after they ate it did they test thier blood sugar, even what device they used to test thier sugar with. if you really want a slower digesting pasta that won't give you rollercoaster energy levels just go for a whole wheat pasta, they probably don't differ that much from brand to brand aside from taste. try Dreamfields, if you like it keep eating it. i personally dislike whole wheat pasta, after 20 years of eating regular pasta it seems funny to me in both taste and texture.
