Pretty much any health food store has it by the bottle. For sure it's good for you.
Here's a link with more info:

GSP's right...flaxseed's expensive...or so I thought. The other night we were in Walmart buying up some groceries when I stumbled across Hodgson Mill's...Milled Flaxseed...and here's the kicker a 12 oz. box cost under $2! Funny how stores try to sell the same crap in vitamin section for 9 or 10 times the amount, isn't it? It has 2600 mg of Omega-3's per serving, 4 grams of dietary fiber and 3 grams of protein, and a serving is just 2 Tablespoons! This stuff has to mixed into smoothies/protein shakes, or can be thrown in with cooking items...but it's the real deal...and it is a fraction of the cost...compared to what you'd pay in the vitamin isle or a health food store.

The oil is terrible, the actual seeds are MUCH better. I've used them in shakes (adds great source of fiber for those carb concious dieters), breads, etc. When I was into bodybuilding, I'd simply put a spoonful in my mouth, then wash it down with my protien shake. During my low carb dieting phases, I felt that the flax seeds helped me feel better than any supplement I tried. Healthy fats are great. Fish oil caps are good too, but expensive for the ones that don't taste like raw fish.

There is a brand "Fishol" that doesn't, I used it extensively when I was using fish oil. I still like the flax seeds even though I'm not dieting as strict.

I don't remember where in the grocery I found it...exactly but it's over there somewhere. I was reading more about it last night...it is actually milled so your body can break it down and absorb it much better.
