Alcohol question?
This is going to sound dumb but here it goes.I really like the happy water!Whats the best for you?I know its all bad but whats the least harmful to you as far as calories and carbs.I dont really care about the low carb beers cause i think that there awfull.I guess what i'm asking is if you had to have some fire water what would it be.

Vodka is typically highest in calories, but vodka is basically pure and wont give you a hangover. Thats about the best advice I have. Google 'Caloric content of spirits' and see if you find anything good.

Ciders a fruit, its practically good for you! (Cider is alchoholic in UK moreso in Somerset)
People are always harping on about how good red wine is.
Tramps who stick to whisky seem to be the thinnest.

Wine is an aquired taste. I use to drink tons of Jagermeister, but it has a ton of sugar in it so I had to slow down. If I do have a beer, I tend to stick with the lighter ones like Michelob Ultra, or Bud Select.

i think the best as far as drinking while on a diet would be bacardi and diet coke.
i'm a jack and dr. pepper guy.
the trick when you are at a restaurant is to buy a soda and a shot of jack. you then pour the shot in the soda and you will get free refills on the soda.
it's usually the same price as a jack and coke.

Jager-Bombs!!!
I only drink every so often, but when I do it's usually trying to make up for lost time. And it always includes a few of these.

Well, since we're now talking preferences over calories...give me a Sierra Nevada Pale Ale or a Heineken anyday.

Yep, I love those. Not a fan of Red Bull, but I could drink these all night. Of course, that usually leads to me passing out.

I avoid alchol always, with the exception of maybe once every few months.
Alcohol is quite detrimental to your body
For those of you that don't already know this, ALCOHOL LOWERS TESTOSTERONE AND INCREASES ESTROGEN! In one particular study, men's testosterone levels were measured before and after consumption of alcohol. At the most intoxicated state, testosterone levels had dropped to an average of 25% lower.
As far as dieting goes
Alcohol is empty calories. It doesn't have any nutrients, but does have a caloric value of 7 calories per gram. In just one shot (1.5oz) of 80 proof vodka there's nearly 100 calories. For those of you trying to lose fat, forget it if you are drinking. Not only will the high calorie content of alcohol have a negative effect on your total calorie intake, but it also slows down your metabolism by disrupting the Kreb's cycle. Since the Kreb's cycle isn't working correctly, fats cannot be broken down. In short, your body is trying so hard to digest and metabolize the alcohol, that fat burning stops all together.
Just some facts to think about before ya take that shot!
