Default Need Good Vegetable Mix?

I'm heading to GNC this morning. And I need a good Vegetable supplement drink since I don't nearly eat as many veggies as I should. I figure I can supplement in between the times when I do eat alot of veggies.

I looked on GNC website and I remember hearing some on here say they've used Veggie Greens which they like, but GNC doesent have it, they have a mix called Garden Greens and wonder if it's the same thing. It's got great stuff in it, Spinach, tomatoe's carrots, and a bunch of vitamins and minerals in it.

Any help would be appreciated!

Thanks.

Look for the ones with a lot of grasses and berries. What I like about vege-greens (Progressive Nutritional Therapies - Vege Greens) is that it has a wide variety of things that you wouldn't normally buy and eat, but that have very beneficial nutrients.

Nutrilite's concentrated fruits and veggies. Two tabs is equivalent to 10 servings of fruits and veggies. They're all natural. Made from fruits/veggies not chemically. QHEALTHZONE -

Thanks guys, i went with the Garden Greens Ultra veggie powder for many of the reason both of you stated. Loaded with all kinds of stuff and of course very low calorie, on 30 calories per scoop, O cholesterol etc.

Lots of grassy names and roots and spinach, tomato's, carrots, plus loaded with all these vitamins.

I'll try it out, very reasonable price too. Thanks for your input.

I've been too poor to buy a greens supplement for the last while, but I definitely feel a lot better when I'm taking it regularly. It improves digestion, I have more energy, my head's clearer, my mood is better, etc. It's really just a statement on the benefits of a good diet rich in fruits and vegetables, but it's tough to get this kind of variety and content in your regular meals. I would recommend the kind of supplements we're talking about here over pretty much anything else (aside from real food, of course).
