My advice, go to the gym and work out everything you can. Then go to your local playground and do different workouts on that, I got this idea from my buddy and he said you start working muscles you don't work in the gym. Just a suggestion. Anyways as for the gym, you go and do your back and arms one day, then your chest and abs the next day, and then legs the next day. Work in your cardio as it is the most important aspect of MMA, you can have strength, power, good ground game, but if you don't have the gas its not worht fighting. Hope this helps.

If you're going to fight, then circuit train at a good pace.
