Notice the first picture of Pitbull's snake was far away, then he got some responses, and looks like Pit got close up once a few of you said it wasnt venoumous!
Classic.

Man, I was scared. I thought the thing was gonna jump out the tree and bite me in my face.
So, instead of calling animal control or something, I took pictures of it and asked you guys about it.

They have animal control in Texas? in 81 when I lived in Central Texas a Rattlesnake greeted my mother outside our sliding glass door to the backyard and some DPS trooper responded and shot the rattler with his .357 at 745 am in the morning.
lol.
That's Texas animal control for ya!

LOL, thats hilarious. I think Texas has finally progressed to having Animal Control. But I think they just pick up dogs and cats. I don't know if they would mess with a snake.

I can donate some FightForum points towards any medical bills you incur as a result of my erroneous identification of said snake. I can not guarantee the dollar / FF point exchange rate so you will have to do the best you can at the emergency room with them.

i was going to say Rat snake of some sort. they come in so many colors even within localized populations. in the photo that has a good shot of the underside of the tail you can see a pattern that is similar to other members of the same family that includes corn snakes.
