Watch Your Children Folks
Today, for the first time in 4 years, I made a felony arrest.
A friend of mine had his kids out at the park and noticed a weird looking middle aged guy waving too much to some kids. He didnt approach any of the kids, but the creepy thing was the park is adjacent to a school and he was parked in the school parking lot (School is on Summer break so the lot was empty which made him being there even more odd).
Anyway, my friend called me to see if I could check the guy out. So on the way back from work I went there and parked my truck behind him. Then this happened
A)He gave me an evil eye out his rear view mirror. That "look" lead me to believe he was no good, so I got on my cell phone, called our dispatch center and ran his plate
B) I could smell marijuana in his car. This jerkoff was blazin off pretty well. So. The Dispatcher came back with his plate as a no bail warrant from New Mexico for Robbery.
C) Gun Out, ID time. Got him to my car, called a patrol officer for help and ran this jerkoff's ID. He comes back as a registered sex offender and cannot be anywhere within 500 yards of a school.
D) You're under arrest sir, for violation of his sex offender restrictions, for the no bail warrant, and oh, BTW more than 3 ounces of Marijuana
AND A GODDAMN PISTOL UNDER YOUR SEAT (Which the Patrolman found)!!!!!!!
God Knows what this guy couldve pulled had some kid gotten too close to his vehicle.
WATCH YOUR CHILDREN PARENTS!!!! WATCH THEM CLOSELY!!!!!!
This kinda **** just disturbs me to no end!

Seeing the title and Knowing krav I thought this might be a cop story. However knowing Krav it could also be a nasty nut shot.
Seriously though, thanks for doing what you do Krav.

It's good we took him out.

this kind of things scares the bejesus out of me.
i hate people who interfere with kids. if i had my way id dispose of them without blinking an eye. but who do we blame?
is it an illness? can we blame TV? the internet for making regular porn freely acceptable and accessible? has it always been like this or have the media just caught on that it is happening?
i find it hard to think how someone can be sexually aroused by kids. i feel guillty if i even hug a child, your always thinking who is thinking what about you. it makes the life of honest decent people hard to bear around kids. and what about the kids, their lifes are ruined by suspicion, fear and lack of interaction with the community because of the fear of the stranger in the car.
I think that stronger punishments should be in place, this perverted generation freeloading of a soft legal system which has been twisted by a PC and lax attitude to punishing the real villians in society needs to be stopped.

Good work Krav. There is no way to tell how many children your actions saved from being a victim to this guy. Seriously man, what you did probably had the most impact on someones life and they will never know it. However, you know it and that has to be a good feeling. Job well done Krav, my hats off to you man.
Also, I sort of agree with Nimmy. I think that anyone that harms a child in that way has therefore forfeited their rights as a citizen and therefore no longer has the right to be part of society. I also think that there should be a mandatory sentence for the first time offence: Ten minutes after found guilty by a jury of their peers, they are taken out into the yard next to the courthouse and shot then buried in an unmarked grave.

Well done, Kravmeister.
You may be a bit "unprofessional" when it comes to posting once in a while, but in your work you clearly don't **** around.

I would like to think that most people feel the exact same way so I wonder why the harder penalties don't come for these bastards.

In VA, the rules are weird.
I know a guy that stabbed and killed his roommate, and then dumped the body in a dumpster. I did not know the killer like a friend. He was the brother of one of my high school buddies. The killer came to one of my parties at my house. The killer waved around a big knife. We tossed him out and thought nothing of it. A week later we found out that he had been arrested.
He served eight years and was released.
I know another person from my high school graduating class that was arrested for child molestation. I knew of him, but only met him once or twice at school. We all thought he was a strange guy. He looked emo before emo was, well, emo. (I hate emo, sorry.)
That molestor was sentenced to 45 years and will not see parole. Not ever. This was a case with one victim (supposedly) and only one attack on that victim (from what I read in the paper).
I think we all agree that murder and child sexual assault are top crimes to be punished. But, the child lived. The murder victim died. I don't think that 45 years was unfair. But, why does a killer get off with just eight years? Sure, there could be circumstances like self-defense and it could have been manslaughter, but it seems wrong.
Also, there are cases where a drug dealer (one that never killed or molested people) was sentenced to longer jail time than some killers and rapists. These laws need to be rethought, IMO.
Great work, Krav. Maybe you can shed some light on why the sentences are so weird in some states.

jeez man, u dont knwo that half of it.
in the UK a peodophile will only get about 4 years.
there was a case in the paper last month of a mother who allowed guys to come in to her house everyday for 10 years to molest her daughter, the mother got 12 years and the guys got 10 and 9 years.

Way to go Krav. I hear stuff like this, and like the Benoit story, and can't fathom why people can do things to children, especially their own. Of all the crimes that a person can commit, I think that the ones involving children are by far the worst. These people are useless in society and should suffer much stiffer consequences than the judicial system hands out these days.

This is something we all agree on but don't know what to do about it...well we all know what to do but we'd all be in jail by the end of the day for doing it.

Nice job. I was surfing and saw a strange man filming 2 prepubescent girls. I walked up next to him and he walked away. I followed him down the beach, and he stopped and spoke to two other young girls. I asked them what he said, and they answered, "That's our dad." Okay, but why the hell was he taping 2 other girls? Creeeepy.

You can thank the "war on drugs" for the types of sentencing you we now see for drug law violations. Ive seen guys go to prison for possessing an ouce of weed and stay longer than people who have committed vehicular manslaughter. (killed someone while driving under the influence).
