Did anyone watch the new show last monday? They got new obstacles and gladiaters, it's pretty good so far. I can't stand Wolf, I like to see him lose against the contenders lol.

It's funny that you mention Wolf, because me and my best friend always joke about him losing. I liked the show, but I thought that new event with that "Phoenix" gladiator was kind of lame.

My observations:
The contenders' pep-talks... painful to listen to.
It's like listening to Tito with added whoos and yeahs.
And they probably did multiple takes too.

The Pyramid-thing is nonsense, it's too easy for the gladiators.

Gina's slimmed down.
And so has that new gladiator who won last season. Not bad.
I'm not one of those guys that don't like chicks with 6-packs.

Yeah I hate those intros for the contestants. They're all the same. Never will you hear so many cliches in so little time. "I'M DOING THIS FOR MY KIDS!!!" Or how about "I'M JUST GONNA LET IT RIP AND GIVE 110% WHOOOH!!" *shudders* But yeah otherwise I love it. You're right about the pyramid too, especially for the guys. The male gladiators are so much bigger than the male contestants that the contestants have no chance at all to get by them. At least with the women it's a bit more fair.
