The Mist - 7/10 - Didn't care much for the acting in the first half, but it kept me intrigued.
The only reason I ranked it so high is because I love movies about alien/zombie/new species/etc. world domination

30 Days of Night. 2/10
Plot holes, plot holes, lack of any depth or motivation, made no sense at all. Seen it before only better in Pitch Black.

I thought the way the movie ended, made the movie for me. Not the nature of it, I am not some maniac or something, but the fact that they would be a bold to do something like that.

I agree. Even though my wife absolutely hated the ending (made her sad), I thought it was a good twist even though I did kind of see it coming after he got out of the car.

I agree with you also. Since it was by Stephen King, I kind of figured there would be a strange ending like that because he's not exactly known for his happy endings to his stories. Overall though, I think that that made the movie better with an ending like that.

Babel 2/10
WTF? Really? Has anyone seen this? Jumps around too much and it jumps to dumb **** that has nothing to do with anything lol.
The only reason it got a 2 instead of a one is because I seen boobies and watching that chick get shot was pretty cool.

No Country For Old Men. 7/10. Typical Cohen brothers. Acting and dialogue was excellent. Several odd cuts/plot turns. Sudden end to Protagonist was a bit frustrating.. Movie was interesting but disappointing as well.... much like real life can be..... Best parts were the acting and dialogue for me....

Tremendous acting/characters..... Amy Madigan was perfect as the selfish addict. I deal with addicted people on a daily basis and she was spot on. Excellent direction by Ben Affleck?!?!
Storyline was fairly unlikely though.......

Alien vs. Predator Requiem- 4/10. I fell asleep through the middle of it and well, i guess i was expecting too much.
Water Horse, Mystery of the Deep- Its a kids movie and i don't have kids, 7/10. Unique twist on the Loch Ness story.

Street Kings 7/10
I think Hayden Christiansen took the Keanu Reeves acting class before he did the Star Wars movies. I really think it is Keanu's monotone emotionless voice that bothers me. Interesting movie about corrupt cops. They tried a bit too hard on plot twists. I enjoyed it though.
Juno 8/10
Cute movie. I think I would have shot myself in the head if this had won best picture though.

Then you haven't watched this:
Shoot 'em Up 1\10
Wow this movie sucked and I like Paul Giamantii and Clive Owen. This movie was an abortion.

JUNO - Not quite as bad as I had expected but it really could of used more support from the other cast members rather then the main chick. 6/10 with 5 being average.

Alvin and the Chipmunks - 7./10 Pretty good movie overall. I was pleasantly surprised that voices did not get annoying.
The extra feature showing how vocalists have to record at half speed was pretty cool.

Breach 6/10...not sure if it was supposed to great...it wasn't great - I'd say it was okay
The Butcher Boy 6+/10...pretty entertaining (yet strange) Irish movie. It's about 10 years old - caught it on cable last week.

Forgetting Sarah Marshall - 8/10
I thought this movie was pretty hilarious. Good content, kept the laughs rolling the whole time, long runtime but it never dragged. I thought it was just as good as Superbad and 40 Year Old Virgin, and Kristen Bell and Mila Kunis are so very hot. Good stuff.
