Worst injury, about 6 days before my first amateur MMA fight, some a-hole who outweighed me by 50 lbs or so slammed me on the mat from a rear clinch, kinda like a half ass suplex. I landed half on my chest and half on my shoulder with my arm extended in front of me. This dislocated my shoulder so violently that all the bone around the rotator cuff ripped away. My surgeon (a shoulder specialist in KC,MO) said it was one of the worst injuries he had seen. I now have a 4 inch plate, 3 screws and a bunch of bone suture wire in there. I still can't raise my arm past 90 degrees. Still not as bad as taking a hard knee to groin shot though.

btw i have a friend who lost one entirely from being kicked. He laid in the hospital for a week before they figured out it was dead and amputated it. It got to the size of a softball. He just had a kid, too.

When I was about 4 years old I was on a family camping trip. I had to take a leak pretty bad and my father suggested I go behind the tree. I start going and notice a spider web. I hate spiders AND I had to urinate so I decided to kill two birds with one stone. Awful idea. Next thing I can remember I was in the hospital getting topical ointment and I had some crazy swelling for being that young of a kiddo.

Still have a scar too. It makes for fun explanation with the ladies.
