Life is to short
Just lost a friend of mine. Dont want to mention names online without family consent so i'll leave his name annonymous.
Only 19, going on 20. He just got engaged a couple months ago.
He got shipped off to Iraq a couple weeks ago and was involved in an on side road bombing and was killed.
He trained MMA for pretty much is whole life as well. Was doing very good financially and getting ready to start a family. Now all of that...gone 
I happen to be good friends with his brother..We both graduate this yr together from high school....
Just asking for some thoughts and prayers for him and his family...Can't imagine what they, along with his fiance are going through.
Dont take life for granted...it is wayyyy to short.

Oh damn, sorry to know that :S. I know what is your feeling. Novembre 14, 2007, a very but very good friend past away after he lost is leg in Irak. He shoot himself behind is house.
So what can I say. Try to talk a lot. That will help you.

Rock, you're cool. One thing I've liked about FF, is that no matter who we are? I don't really think anyone of us are A-Holes. Cept Me. But. We want to be there for you, and like I said, I hope you get through this tough time.

I have been trying to think of something to say for a few days now. Its hard to lose a friend, especially when it seems they are just now beginning to put together the pieces and lifes struggles are just smoothing out. Words cannot express how I feel. I lost two guys I went to high school with in Iraq already.. I do have other friends over there right now and its rough. Celebrate the life your friend lived, and never look back when you live your own life.. Live each second of your life as if it were your last. Be there for your friend and his family when you can, but don't overburden yourself with extra stress either. May you find peace in this time of need brother.

I'm very sorry to hear that Rocky. I myself am a soldier and have been to Iraq twice, and injured during my second tour. Your absolutely right when you say life is too short! I will most deffinately pray for you and his family and friends.
