Stressed!!!
ok... in the next 3 days my future, career, possible amazing job offer, along with the conference championship match for a team that i coach is all happening in this time....
either A. I have an amazing career job with great pay in an awesome town and my team wins the conference or B. I dont get it and we lose which would be devastating..
how do you deal with stress?

I think of the person I am envious of, and wonder how they would deal with it 
Also, find a comfort zone (FF) where you know all that matters is the surrounding area. Plus a prescription to Valium. I have buckets of stress. |

I like deep breathing exercises. Hate to sound too new age about it, but it works for me.
I find some serene setting (even if it's a back parking lot to an office building), anywhere that is quiet, and I just breathe real deep in and out. And I dont think about anything but breathing deep.
Then I do what has to be done.
It works. At least for me.

That works when you're 18, a newlywed and a security guard for 6 dollars an hour.
I'm 33, not a security guard anymore, and make alot more than 6 dollars an hour.
Although, I am divorced. Maybe the Ficus Tree broke us up.

good advice... although it didnt work.. i stressed out more then i ever have... although it didnt matter because i got my dream job\career and our team won the conference title match!!
