My vote is FAMILY FEUD (Family Fortunes in the UK).

The one thing I hate about that damned show..

"OH GOOD ANSWER GOOD ANSWER!"

man they always say that on family feud even if its the worst answer in the book. If the question was 'name five things you keep in the garage' and the guy said 'a giraffe' someone would say GOOD ANSWER GOOD ANSWER. On the other hand, brutally honest me would be like 'I bet the mailman fathered you, idiot.'

Seeing as I know all of the answers on that show but am not a family, I cannot participate, even though I would dominate. In lieu of this, I have devised a master plan to propell myself to game show stardom.

Picture this.. me and the cat and a wax statue of jackie chan and a maniquen wearing a leopard skin suit with a pimp hat and a green felt boa. I would have to learn to throw my voice though. I know what you are thinking..'what about when they walk up to the podium?'. Solved. Put them all in wheelchairs so they wouldnt have to walk up to the podium. Not only would that get me on the show out of 'cripple pity' but it would ensure that I went to the podium to get the number 1 answer right off the bat. If that fails.. remote controlled wheelchairs in case they did have to roll up to the podium.

I have thought about going to american idol in a wheel chair with a robe on and shave all my hair off to look like i have cancer. Have my brother escort me onto stage saying this is from make a wish foundation, and this boy only has 5 days to live. Shoe in for the finals, the boy keeps surviving by singing old folk songs, takes competition by storm!

But yeah, family fued sucks, and the old original family fued was worse, the host would always kill all the women and stuff on the hands, he was a pervert.

Ah yes, Family Fortunes (Family Feud) I'm so glad that you guys have been inflicted with it and not just us here in the UK. What a steaming pile of horseturd.

Weakest link I cannot stand anymore, although when it first came out, it was watchable, if only for Anne Robinson's sarcasm towards the contestants. That soon grew old though.

However, neither of those contend for the worst ever gameshow IMO. That title for me goes to Blind Date

I'm not sure if you have anything similar outside of the UK ( I hope for your sake you dont lol)

Three single men (or women) of the same sex are introduced to the audience. They are then asked cringeworthy questions by a single of the opposite sex, who could hear but not see them, in order to choose which one he or she would prefer to go on a date with. I would rather spoon out my eyeballs than be subjected to an hour of that garbage.

there are more lousy game shows out there than any single person could ever name. one that comes to mind is "name that tune" or what about that one where you win minutes to shop in a grocery store, "shop til you drop". i think american idol is a bunch of crap as well, not that the winners of the show suck but that so many people follow it like its the best thing ever. game shows in general stink, something about watching other people win things while you just sit in your recliner watching.

My worst is "who wants to be a millionaire" it kills me to see that it is still on tv. I totally remember a shopping game show too. HAHA.

Wheel of Fortune, they must give an IQ test to potential contestants and if you score higher than 2 your not eligible. Ahhh, I'd like to buy a vowel...an A, there's 6 A's at whatever $$$$ each. Hey stupid if you knew it was there why would pay for it. Vana White even sucked in Playboy 20 years ago!

Supermarket Sweep was a horrible game show, but it had to be one of the best programs to watch whilst intoxicated. I mean, seeing an old lady go running after a 30 foot inflatable can of kool whip and then use the coffee machine to try to make a really expensive bag of java.. don't tell me you didnt like it. Cuz i did.

Oh and over thanksgiving, this topic came up again while watching the game show network.. got a funny story that I cant remember all of the parts of, but my uncle told me about how often he would get in trouble as a kid for filling in the blanks on Match Game with words from Carlin's seven dirty words bit

Man, Supermarket Sweep became cult viewing here. It was one of those 'it's so bad it's good' programmes. Also the presenter of it was an incredibly camp gay man called Dale Winton
