Mark Kerr news?
I read a rumour on the net that Mark Kerr would be making a return sometime this year against Wes Sim's. Is there any truth to this rumour? I'd love to see this guy get back into the ring he was a beast!

Old news. They were supposed to fight and Kerr pulled out of the fight after the show had already started. Unless there is a rumor for them to fight again, which I havent heard, I dont think he will be returning.

Kerr will be fighting Mike Whitehead in November for an IFL superfight. See the thread here

What ever happended to Kerr? I saw the documentary a while back on HBO about him. Apparently he was rendered useless in the ring because of his dependency/addiction (you make the call) on opiates. That and the seemingly toxic relationship he was in with his then girlfriend. Did he clean himself up?

Maybe, but he looks absolutely horrible and I would even say, frail. He looks like he aged 20 years in 5.
His docudrama was the first I really saw of MMA beyond a highlight reel.

It feels like I'm looking at the "After" shot of a "Before and After" poster of what drugs'll do to ya.
