Man, I remember seeing a HL video where it didn't show how he really is, then I actually saw that fight as well and I totally agree. I agree he is #1 douche and he seems to be proud of it.

on one Pride DVD they ask alot of the fighters about whether or not they always obey the rules and then ask them who they thought was most likely to break them. in every case this guy was brought up.

hes been DQed several times for kicks and punches to the groin and even punched a ref once. i dont know why anyone lets this guy fight. hes a disgrace.

I used to think Branco was the most disgraceful fighter but then Gilbert came around and took his place and was even worse. I'm glad that guy only had like 3 chances to fight. Any guy that bites, attacks refs, intentionally attacks the groin and eye gouges should be banned from fighting. No matter how skilled a fighter he is.

You talkin about the fight that ended up with him doing a soccer kick to the guy and giving him that huge mouse on his forehead? It's been a while since I watched that but I clearly remember that. Then he got pissed off when he got DQ'd. I was like holy crap. He got my vote for #1 D-bag in the world.

Yvel is a disgrace. I'm sure he could give a flying flip less about what anyone thinks about him, so hit him where it hurts... his wallet. He shouldn't be allowed to fight anywhere, professionally at all. Unless, of course, it's against Fedor. They should do this every month or so just for torture purposes. You can offer Yvel money, but only if he wins. After he's permanently injured and broke, then he can fight on the street for money and hopefully he'll get stabbed.

Remeber when Kerr finally had enough of his bs and went ballistic on him and laid him out? That was the best ending to a fight I had ever seen and it was after the fight was over. That was the only time besides the Igor fight that I have not seen a smile on that guys face. He would have stomped his face inside out if it didn't get broken up.

Branko is one mean guy, after that fight with Kerr Pride gave both fighter a chance to talk to the audience. Kerr was all apologetic and kept thanking the japanese people for coming to see him. Branko said alot less, "i came to fight.".

Yvel has some personal issues to deal with but he does have some wether you like him or not.

It's not about his skills (I'm assuming that is what you were talking about) and it's not personal issues either. He is a freaking punk that doesn't belong in MMA if he can't control his urges to fight dirty. Go start fights in bars if you aren't out to earn respect from fight fans or even just to get money (you lose all your purse if you are DQ'd right?) Like I said the guy has skills but if you can't follow the rules you shouldn't be allowed to fight. That is the whole point of rules.

I agree the rules should be followed but would want to try to help the guy deal with his problems then call him a punk and a bum and not let him fight

I researched this POS some more and found the fight where he hit a ref. He freaking layed him out and apparently broke his jaw. After he KO'd him he kicked him in the back twice while he was down. All because he thought the ref was being biased for the other fighter. What a freaking moron. I hate this guy even more now. You really think this guy should be given a chance to fight Brandon. I think he should be banned for life from any sort of competition. This guy is a disgrace to MMA.
