it was said in the press conference for real deal but anybody know if its a fighting contract or comentry or other role, cause he'd suck at fighting and comontating

According to an article that just went up on MMAweekly.com, it's a fight deal, but their speculation seems to be that it would be a boxing match with Pride rules as they pertain to striking, and it might go down in China.

I suppose he could. After walking out on a K-1 event over a contract dispute, I'm not sure where he's fighting next.

Possibility of Tyson fighting CroCop or Hunt with K-1 rules (awesome Boxing Gloves and Kicks), Tyson would be eaten alive by either of those guys.

on mmaweekly.com they did say that he probably would not be fighting mma they said that they would probably hold a "PRIDE" rules boxing match. maybe up against crocop, hunt, etc. i think iron mike can still throw em. hey maybe crazy but u cant say he aint got beat down skills.

This is one of the few cases where how good the fighter is just doesn't matter - it's Mike Tyson and people will pay money to see him fight.

Quite honestly I thought and reacted to this in the exact same way Tim Sylvia reacted to hearing Hughes would fight Gracie:

Tyson getting 'owned' and 'destroyed' in boxing? How do you guys figure that? Yeah he could get beat by Mirko or Hunt but you all talk like he has no chance in the only thing he's done all his life.

hes been struggling against very weak HW boxers for the last few years so a top of his game cro cop would destroy him, for me the best match up Tank, cabbage, butterbean. now that would be fun matchups, and theres more chance of a tyson win.
