Sergei vs Yvel
This fight is supposed to go down at the Vegas show.
Yvel is always dangerous standing,but I don't see Sergei standing in there and banging with him.Hopefully Sergei has recovered form those lingering injuries and will return the killer he was when he fought Schilt and Rizzo.

I'd love to see Sergei turn Gilbert's face into hamburger like he did to Schilt. I hated seeing Semmy get it but would thoroughly enjoy seeing Gilbert get a beating like that...except for the whole 20 minutes...with no ref stoppage...and Sergei had spikes on his gloves...and they were on fire...and and...okay I'll stop. You get the picture. I freaking hate Gilbert.

Well look at his fight with Don Frye and his attitude before fights. He is a sub par fighter (1-8 in Pride) and his attitude sucks, I for one enjoy seeing him lose. Kharitonov is a nasty striker, I'm sure he will knock Yvel out in the first.

I really want to see Sergei return to his 'old self'. He looked like he was carrying far too much weight at Final Conflict and Trigg was saying he'd eased off on the traditional training and was doing things like farming and labouring instead.
Hopefully he'll have put his 2 losses down as experience and learnt from them (ok not much to learn from the loss to Overeem) and he'll come back and get the win.
This should be an exciting fight, Sergei will be keen to win after losing twice in '06 and say what you want about Gilbert but he's had some exciting fights in the past, check his fight with Scherner to see some of the most brutal gnp.

Gilbert is the biggest waste of tremendous talent. His attitude and thug like manner at times has ruined his career. He is one fighter that if I saw in public I wouldn't even bother to acknowledge him.

Yvel is the dirtiest fighter in MMA ever, i don tthink he should even be allowed to fight but i enjoy watchin him loose.
