sports section added
For all the sports junkies out there (myself included), we have added this forum for discussion on all sports not related to boxing and MMA.
For the people that are into many sports, this is the place for you. If you are strictly an MMA / Boxing type guy, you can easily avoid unwanted sports discussion...It's a win - win.
Oh, and Yankees fans are not allowed in this section, sorry  |

Cool new section guile. I be sure to discuss the Redskins, Wizards and Orioles, Nationals and even the Ravens. Believe it or not all those teams I mention are within 40 minutes from my house.(Which is dead center between D.C. and Baltimore.)

I also like the NHL. Where I live there aren't that many hockey fans, so I don't get to discuss it very much. So I'm glad there are fans on here.
I'm hoping the Penguins have a good year, which I think they will cause they are bringing back most of the same talent they had last year, just with more experience.

I am a fan of Dallas and Vancouver. Ottawa has always been a favorite of mine but I dont get to see them play as often. I will post all of cbc.ca addresses to stream hockey night in canada for you soon because they restrict access to canadian viewers but the actual stream isnt geographically restricted so if you like Canadian teams.. its swwweeeeeeet.

i know it's not NHL, but before i moved to vegas, wife and i used to go see the gulls play in san diego (echl) then we moved to vegas and found out they had a echl team and we watched the wranglers play the gulls a few times and watched the wranglers play other teams. now we move back to san diego to find out there is no more san diego gulls. the team went under and they don't play anymore.
i was so pissed.

Man, I forgot to add the Capitals to my list of home teams. I like the Caps, but don't follw it enough to be a hardcore fan. Matter of fact, I would love to go to a hockey game this season. I know people who just buy regular nose bleed seats and if for some reason no one is sitting down below(expecially behind the glass) you take advantage.
