Default Do you see the Pack going all the way?

I was just watching something on The NFL network on how Brett Favre is really emotional this year because it'll the the 10th anniversary of him winning his only Superbowl.

They went on to say how Brett is just really loving it, feels younger than ever and still has that championship heart that never says die no matter what the situation.

DOes anybody here think GB could get into the Superbowl?

How cool would that be? A proven Veteran loved by all in Favre, vs a modern day pretty boy future hall of famer in Tom Brady or Peyton Manning, depending on who gets in from The AFC.

How likely is it that the Pack go all the way?

I think they have a decent chance of going to the Super Bowl. I highly doubt they will win it though with most of the superior teams in the AFC. Hopefully the Pack will look better than they did against the Bears last week in the playoffs or they won't make it very far.

The AFC this year is just to strong to see any NFC team pull through.

The AFC has outclassed the NFC for a few years now and I don't expect any difference this season considering the juggernauts on the AFC's side.

GB could absolutely make the Super Bowl this year. They have a defense, found a running game with Grant and have a hall of fame QB who is playing the best he's played in years. Favre with 5 receivers spread out is something opposing defenses cringe at because they know Favre will usually find the soft spot. The Packers have a history of performing well at home during the playoffs, so they could absolutely make a good run.

Assuming that GB goes into Dallas for the NFC conference championship, it may not be such a bad thing for GB. Favre would prefer to throw when the temperature is mild because it is easier to stay loose, and when you have a team so reliant on their QB you want his arm to be as loose as possible.

So of course GB has a chance of making the Super Bowl. However, if it's GB, Dallas or any other NFC team I certainly do not expect a win against one of the AFC's juggernauts.

I don't see them getting by Dallas...maybe even having trouble with Seattle.

Even if they make it to the Superbowl, the Favre feel-good (again) story won't be enough to win it all.

AFC > NFC

The Colts will snuff out the Patriots in teh playoffs. Or the Chargers, or the Jags.

I could definatly seeing them making it! But unfortunatly I think the teams like the Steelers, Pats, Colts, and Jaguars are too much for some NFC teams too handle.
