Thanks Aika. I was just about to post about that.
For everyone's info, TICL cannot accept or give points until he fulfills his end of a deal he made. When he returns the DVDs he borrowed from another member, he'll get all of his points back. We tried to handle this in private, but it simply has not worked. 
TICL, you've been given a ton of slack on this and you know I let the first couple of deadlines pass. You now have two weeks or you will be suspended. This has gone on a few months too long.

I agree. It's about manning up to responsibilities. Plus, how you gonin rip someone off on a forum(a fight forum at that,) that you visit frequently and not expect to get called out. Bad move and bad karma.

Nope. His points are being held until this situation resolves itself. If you lost the wager to him fair and square, there's no reason for a refund.
