my muay thai instructer always says the best way to knock someone out in a streetfight is with a slap. exept not really a slap, you use the very bottom of your palm as this is as hard as your fist and this is just as effective as a punch. added benefits, he always said, were that you won't break your knuckles, and on camera it looks like you have just slapped him lol.
