Joslin faced Koscheck as Jeff's very first UFC opponent. The BJJ Black Belt was thought to be the answer to Koscheck taking him down as he might submit him from the bottom. Unfortunately, the fight didn't go his way as Kos took him down rather easily and had a few slams as well in taking the decision. Joslin though surprised many by being pretty accomplished on his feet and easily outstriking Kos. He showed a ton of potential and many are anxious to see how he did in his next fight.

He has since been rumored on at least a half dozen Canadian promotion (HCF and MFC) and UFC cards (including one against Chris Lytle), but various injuries have hampered him and he has not fought since that Koscheck fight in December of last year. He's always come off as a pretty decent guy and anytime you get some tips from a BJJ Black Belt, you're in good shape.

Well that's good becuase he's coming to our gym on the 8th and 9th so i'll see what's up and if he knows where/when he'll be fighting agien.

So he will be back in the UFC come Spring, I train with him for 6hrs total on Saturday and Sunday so i'll get as much information as possible.

Finnaly I got to post up what I learned from Jeff today. I found out he has 2 fights left on his UFC contract. His injury is getting better he was doing a lot of drills today and seemed to do ok, but has a lot of weight to lose.

Most other things he talked about I shouldn't post up just incase some is pretty private and things I maybe shouldn't be talking about.
Anyways his BJJ session was amazing MMA session tomorrow so it's gonna be awsome.
