Randy is by far one of my favorite fighters. at 41 he is an inspiration to anyone my age(27) who is looking to get in the cage. heck, he should be an inspiration to anyone.

Joe Rogan said it best "That guy is my hero." I just hope he gets another chance at the title before he reaches 50. There's no way that Horn should be the number one contender.

Liddell versus Couture III... The Iceman versus The Natural! I enjoyed the second fight, but did not get to see the first one. I expected Couture to defeat Liddell. A friend assured me that Liddell would win. I did not believe him at the time, but after the fight I had to admit that The Iceman has won me over. I like Couture a lot, and age is creeping up on him, but I feel that the Old Man has some time left to play with the kids... I hope he is around for a while yet.

They showed the first match, i think in its entirety, on the DirectTV PPV channel that their rematch was going to be on.

It was not even close. Randy was at the top of his game, and the fight was very 1-sided with Chuck getting beat badly. And when he took him down he took him down HARD! Plus during the standup moments randy actually dominated giving good uppercuts.

Like the commentator said: "If this was a kickboxing match, randy would be winning!"

Chuck was clearly glossy eyes at times probabley thinking to himself: "Holy ****! "

Gonna be tough to call the third fight. They are both really smart fighters that learn from thier mistakes. I think at this point Chucks cardio is better than Randy's and I think that may make the difference this time.

Randy Couture has been a fav of mine from day one and is the most highly decorated fighter in the UFC i also hated to see him lose at 52 but he's back now with an impressive win over Van Arsdale i think he's capable of beating Liddel if there's a Randy Vs Chuck III

I agree with you 100%, A lot of people wrote Randy off after losing to Chuck. I still think he is more then capable of taking Chuck out again. I like watching both of those guys fight. Chuck is a awsome fighter, " But he can be beaten." An Randy is one of those guys that can do it.

It will be tough for me to cheer for either one in this fight. I will be happy for whoever wins and sad for whoever loses. This will be round three for my two favorite fighters should be a great fight and I will rank it as the most hyped fight in the history of UFC. If and when it happens.

I am really happy that Randy got inducted into the Hall of Fame and after watching some of his fight clips he is one of my favorite fighter for beating tito, Chuck, Vitor and more.....And he was still fighting strong into his 40's.

He's the man and that rules... nice piX.
that 30 second retirement ceremony sucked and at a TUF event too. They should retire him at a ppv or give him his own ppv to be retired at.

Randy Couture is a Natural for the Hall of Fame. I like that he was recognized so early after retirement. Great, great career and a super guy.

I was very disappointed to see how Randy's induction was handled. It was like it was something they just wanted to get out of the way. Seriously can't they sacrifice some Blade or UFC 61 commercial that we've seen 65 billion times for a few minutes with The Natural?

I noticed that as well.

Dana White: "Oh, hey Randy -- take this, shut up, and sit over there."

It was really lame. They should have had him commentating all night. They should have had a ceremony. And, they should have bumped the commercials to do THAT. Spike TV would have done that. If they can run the WWE (when they had it) over the normal alloted time by five or ten minutes without commercials, then they could let Randy Couture have five or ten minutes to be appreciated properly.

Maybe they should have done the induction at the next PPV instead. I mean, it sucks when the WWE Hall Of Fame induction ceremony is 100 times better than the UFC's inductions...

Hi,
With all the hype and coverage that the advisors are going to get in TUF IVthis season you guys may be interested in the domain names I have open for offers. I was going to start forums and blog sites of my own but I won't have time. Just let me know if your interested. These domains are very desirable.

Randy-Couture.com
Georges-StPierre.com

thanks,

no doubt randy is a great fighter. he should retire while on top. he reminds me of Roy Jones Jr. and i hate to see Randy go out like that.

I will cringe every time Cro Cop sinks one of those devastating leg kicks into Randy, I just don't want to see this guy get beat down. Randy is a world class guy, if he can get Cro Cop down he will have his way but if he fails to do that he will be made to look old and questionable. This is not a fight I like for Randy.
