That was a great fight with Henderson and Jackson. It's a shame Henderson lost but also great that Jackson won. I was very impressed with Rampages wrestling, though his striking was very wild and not too accurate.
Overall that was a good card with exciting fights. Just wish I could have gone to this one myself.

I think the most disappointing fight of the night for me was Kongo vs Cro-Cop. Is this it for Cro-op? Is it all down hill from here for him?
Do you think his last fight will be any good?

Nope, that was just a lot of wishful thinking and an over-active imagination on the behalf of some posters to this forum (and others).

He threw one after Big John said to stop as well. They weren't intentional and it would have been a shame if it had cost him a point and caused a draw. Judges got it right, I thought Mirko won round 1, Kongo 2 and 3.
Smart gameplan by Kongo, the jab won it for him IMO, he used it to keep the distance, used his length to land body shots and stay outside of CroCop's wheelhouse. Juanito is putting together a hell of a camp up there in Big Bear.

Hammill vs. Bisping was a pick 'em, IMO. Very even fight, could have gone either way. I think Hammill would have won that fight if he'd stayed on top on the takedowns. He got a couple of TDs, but either let Bisping up or did nothing with them. TDs are nice, but IMO don't count for jack if you don't score some damage. I think I'd actually have scored that fight a draw if I was a ringside judge. I'd love to see them go again.

It's Official - The UFC is completely corrupt. There can no longer be any faith placed in any decision that takes place in a UFC "fight"!!
Bisquick got his ass WHIPPED standing up, sitting down, taken down, ground and pound, in short he was WHIPPED in EVERY aspect of the fight, yet Bisquick gets the nod. The 2 judges who scored to fight for Bisquick should be roped by the balls, dragged thru 40 miles of the worst thorny, rocky brush Africa has to offer, and then slowly fed to the Hyaenas.
TRAVESTY - FIX - RAILROADED - SNOWJOB - BOUGHT OFF OFFICIALS these are the words that are called for by this despicable act of cowardice, vice, corruption and greed by the UFC. SHAME, SHAME , SHAME!!!!!!
Anyone who gambles on a UFC "event" is a fool. And no, I didn't bet a penny.

Go again? Did you watch the same fight? Clearly, Hammill won the first two rounds ... I will be fare and say that Bisping could have taken the last round ... but that round only. It was crap! The decision was fixed ... crap, crap, and more friggin crap! Go back and watch it again ... you need to!

I've got it on DVR, I'll probably watch it again tomorrow, but I didn't think it was an egregious wrong that Bisping got the decision. If you think Matt won (and I can certainly see that) I still don't think it was as bad as say, Forrest vs. Tito.
Again, I'd probably go draw, I think round 1 was very close, could have gone either way. Round 2 Hammill, round 3 Bisping.

Bisquick ran like a dripping *****!! He was scared ****less after Matt hammered him with a few solid jabs and heavy right hands. I knew Bisquick was dirty, and not to be trusted! I hope somebody breaks his damn jaw, and both arms to boot!!

Man I think the jab was helpful but the leg kicks and body kicks are what won it. He took all of CroCops steam away from him.

Like I said, I'll watch it again tomorrow. IMO a takedown doesn't count for anything if you don't utilize it. I'm still mystified by Matt letting him up after the takedown. Apparently I'm in the minority who thinks it was a close fight, maybe Dana will try to make it right and have a rematch (like when he had Rizzo and Randy rematch when he disagreed with the decision).
Still, c'mon, there have been so many more horrible decisions in boxing than anything that MMA has ever had.
