Chris Lytle vs. Kyle Bradley
Chris Lytle...Now here's a guy I respect. Soft spoken, nothing bad to say about anyone, humble, serves the community by saving lives, and property full time, wife, and kids who thinks hes a hero. He is one of my favorites no matter whether he wins, or loses. I thought he deserved recognition for an outstanding performance.

He seems like an awesome dude who is a pretty damn good fighter. Perfect guy for a "test" for an up and comer. He will have a job as long as he wants to fight.

Wow, now I feel kinda bad for completely forgetting about him in the discussions over the other fights... In my opinion he had the Knockout of the Night.

His fight happen so fast, he kinda fell through the cracks lol.
He came out and brung the ruckuss with him. Vicious standup, rights and lefts nonstop. Good win for Lytle.

Lytle's a good guy for sure.
Good performance and he's reasonably well-rounded.
Hopefully he'll get a more interesting match-up next time.
PS. no spoilers in thread-titles.

Bradley did not look like UFC ww caliber. Let's be honest. There have to be all sorts of folks in the mix. But getting ran over by a submission expert like Lytle is either UFC jitters big time, or no knowledge whatsoever of cooling off a fight.
I can only dread what would happen to him if they made him fight GSP or Fitch.

I don't know man. He pulled guard and covered up pretty well. I was almost positive that Yves Lavigne was gonna rain down some nasty GnP before he saw that good ground defense...

Lytle's Record 25 - 15 - 5 (Win - Loss - Draw)
Wins 4 (T)KOs (16.00%)
17 Submissions (68.00%)
3 Decisions (12.00%)
1 Other (4.00%)
Yeah, submission expert. Is he supposed to be a boxer for his whole life because he once was one? Please check the data before you try to sound smart.

I didn't see him trying to act smart, especially with a " " emotion in his post. In every single one of his fights he is always touted as a successful boxer. Not many people know about his skills on the ground. So whether you were saying he was trying to be smart (intelligence wise) or a smart ass, you need to relax.

i wouldnt call lytle a submission "expert", moreso he just has a solid ground game. a lot of those submissions are "submission (strikes)" victories and common chokes etc. that said the inverted triangle choke and keylock on jason gilliam was wicked

25 pro wins, 17 by submission and few know about his ground game? I am sorry, I don't get it.
Did you know Chuck Liddell is a pretty decent striker? Oh, BTW, he was a wrestler.

I agree with opsy, you gotta calm down. TICL wasn't trying to be "smart" at all (not saying he isn't smart, btw )

Oh, come on. Do you guys really think I am here, fuming behind my keyboard? My comment is harmless and I am calm. If he was not trying to sound smart, then my bad. But I hardly believe he cares.
Bottom-line is that Lytle is, as of today, a better ground finisher than stand up. So, the point remains that he is a skilled submission fighter. Do we agree on that?

we can agree on it yeah, but don't assume people know as much as you do. Take a little pleasure in the fact that you taught Tickle something
