Good for the UFC's bottom line is Lesnar, but bad for the locker room.
You could also look at it this way, if lesnar starts scoring alot of wins & does improve what do you thinks going to happen? more then like your going to get a higher ppv count, more money generated, more hw signing to ufc to fight lesnar & in the long run more money to made for the other fighters as well.

He got 250K when he lost so why would he make 50k when he wins. Is Brock actually that big of an attraction though?

i can hear the kisses being blown by the ringside girls it be so quiet

Well considering he only fought twice for the ufc I guess that bar isnt busy often lol.

Not to mention those people at the bar must not be true mma fans because im willing to beat most people on this forum will watch just about any fight that is mma.

When you quote me then at least have the conviction to add my name. If Brock is popular around where you live then there is a clear cut difference between me and your areas. In Ontario Canada Brock is not very popular. GSP is a FAR bigger star and that's when the bars are full around here.

GSP is from Canada, Brock is from Minnesota, USA

The UFC is an american company, I am from North Carolina and NC has alot of pro wrestling fans (Ric Flair anyone?) you would be surprised to know that alot of the states (and thats 50 in all!) have a large population of professional wrestling fans, young and old, its just something weve all grown up with

so hell yea we know who brock is, just like we could careless about hockey and yall could care less about football...hockey makes yall a boatload of cash and NFL makes us a boatload of cash wether we respectively like the two sports or not

american fans are paying out american dollars to see him....your little one or two UFC canada shows a year doesnt make a fraction of the 14+ shows a year put on in the States

but thanks for being an *******, what do you mean add your name? i just assumed that people have already read through thread, have seen the quoted remark and know who posted it, or can immediately find it, thats not the kind of thing you should waste time being anal about

$500K for Brock seems too high, but people are free to negotiate their contracts and he has some something the UFC wants (not necessarily stellar technical fighting). The UFC was willing to pay this based on perceived extra PPV buys from WWE fans. His contract must be 250K to show + 250K for the win. He'll get the same for his next fight too.

Also don't worry about GSP's listed salary, I'm sure he got a portion of the PPV buys and some other sweet bonuses we don't know about.
The top stars in the UFC get paid good money!

Hate to tell you this but even though I don't live in canada I do know for a fact that pro wrestling is hugh there & considering the wwe does more shows in canada then ufc & not to mention 1/2 the pro wrestlers are from canada.

trish stratus, bret hart, owen hart, edge etc etc.

I don't know if you people actully watched the Lesnar fight. He beat Heath, avtually he embarrased him, with no mma skills. He simply used wrestling and a little stricking. Everyone I see ranks Heath pretty high on the UFC rankings. It seems obvious to me that Lesnar, who is just learning mma, is a threat to anyone he faces in the future. The guy can only get better.

Heath is a pretty mediocre strajker imo. And a pretty mediocre fajter as well. But Lesnar did own him completely and I think any HW fighter would take him seriously. Tbh I think we'll see him as the UFC HW champion within 2 years. Anyone wanna bet against it please send me a PM.

I thought for the most part the higher paid contracts do not receive win bonuses. For example i do not think Chuck and Tito get win bonuses and I am pretty sure Shogun and Wanderlei have the same thing. It would be sick coin if Brock got a win bonus.

if you cannot see it why should I bother?

You will just justify it and say you dnt mean it to be.....

Your post is insulting Canada the line "american fans are paying out american dollars to see him....your little one or two UFC canada shows a year doesnt make a fraction of the 14+ shows a year put on in the States"

Little is used in a condescending manner, and the whole american this amercia that, It seems you are drawing lines where they are not needed imo.

Even the quip about "amercian dollars"

And your reply "this should be good" is also a agro comment.

I have read alot of your posts and not seen this side of you... I thought it was a bad moment, however your reply post continues on the same vain.

I will wait to see your reply, maybe I am reading into your post to much....
