That picture makes me sad, seriously.
I'm not sure why I felt so bad for Joe but I did. He's been in the game for so long and really has been a good sport, not talking smack about other guys, etc, etc.
I kinda wonder if that wasn't a little like GSP facing Matt Hughes the first time. When he was scared to look Hughes in the eyes because he felt like he was fighting his idol?

I feel bad for Joe too, he is such a great sport and is fighting to support his family. I hope he does well.

Well so much for MMA going mainstream. Those are some pretty sick (not sick as in cool) photos. It happens, but I'm sure the UFC wouldn't really endorse showing spurting blood from one of their fights in the media.
