Doesn't seem right that Manny, who made it to the finals, was paid half as much as two fighters already eliminated (Miller and Lauzon) and half as much as his opponent (Diaz). He made the same amount for fighting in the finals as Andy Wang and Rob Emerson did to fight on the undercard of the same show...
I'm not a fan of Manny, but still, dude got shafted.
I think some good fighters will emerge out of this TUF. Diaz, Manny, Lauzon, and Miller will all be decent fighters I believe. Miller has the most to improve on, but I like the guy and I think he'll become a decent fighter. Lauzone and Diaz are probably the most polished and I'd love to see them go at it against one another. Lauzon will be a beast once he becomes a full time fighter. I think he could become the best fighter out of the bunch. Diaz is a well rounded fighter and a tough kid. Then you have Manny who much like Sherk is just a powerhouse for a 155 fighter. They may be short, but their physical strength makes them a tough matchup. Obviously Manny is nowhere near as good as Sherk at this point, but they are physically similar. I worry about that shoulder though. Evidently it is a recurring injury. He needs to get that sucker looked at and it may need surgery. You don't want to do any major damage to that rotator cuff or you're going to always have problems.

Hopefully Manny will get paid more in the future.
Also what about Leonard Garcia? 4K? Is that a joke?

Is the Berubie/Garcia an error? Shouldn't garcia get $8,000 and Berubie $4,000?

All the TUFers made a minimum of 8k but they are still bringing in fighters for pathetic 3k paydays from elsewhere.

and Leonard making 2k with a 2k bonus is retarded

Jeez, I didn't even notice that Wiman also got $16k...
I just don't see at all how Wiman, Emerson, and Miller were worth $16k. I mean, Lauzon did beat Pulver, so I can justify him getting the $16k, but IMO, if any TUFers deserved $16k, it was the two guys in the finals as that is the point of the whole thing. Diaz got his, Manny got the shaft.
IMO, that reflects Manny's LnP technique vs. Lauzon. It worked and got him the win, but Dana and the UFC really hate LnP.

That's appalling considering Monstah will probably never fight in the UFC again and Leonard is a career fighter who will always work his ass off.

Nah that is not the case at all. All TUFers got 8k for fighting and another 8k for winning. Really sucks balls for guys like Leites, Evans, and Garcia. I dont think Monstah should have ever been on this card. IMO he has not future in the UFC.

Considering that these guys made an entire show for the UFC, with only one person reaping the benefits, I have no qualms with them getting a little taste as an appreciation for continuing to advance the sport, and putting a little more lining in the pockets of Zuffa.

I have no problem with the TUFers pay, but I think the others should have made the same.

I always thought fighter minimum was $3,000/$3,000, why was Garcia only given $2,000/$2,000?

I have no probelm with the TUF fighters getting 16k for winning, but why does Garcia get paid that little?

It looked like it was done that the favourites of the TUF fights got 16,000 and their opponents got 8,000, so in that case, i can see why its done that way, but no it isn't fair that Manny only got paid for that much.
However, would it of been Manny getting paid the 16,000 if he had won?
