Dana made the following announcements:

1. Tito and Rashad will rematch this fall, at the same Cincinnati card where Franklin will get a shot at the MW belt.

2. Sherk's next title defence will be against BJ Penn, and that'll probably be in November (which is when Marc Ratner says they'd like to be in Montreal, so maybe that's where the fight will be).

3. If CroCop beats Kongo, his next fight will be against Big Nog.

Am I forgetting anything? I think that's it.

BJ in great shape vs Sherk will be an INSANE fight. Sherk may have been able to power past Franca's guard, but BJ's ground game is an entirely different matter. I believe Sherk can take BJ down with his power and his wrestling, but he may find himself caught in something as soon as he does.
this pretty much just proves your dana white lol

i actually think sherk could win against penn

BJ vs Sherk is going to be good, both fantastic fighters.

BJ will definately have to work on his cardio to withstand sherk though, if he can't overpower him (i doubt anyone at 155 can) he will atleast have to stick with him in endurance. All of thise is taking into consideration is goes the distance and BJ doesn't catch Sherk in a Sub.

i am excited now

Ask Din Thomas how powerful BJ's knees are.

He was talking about Hermes knees, or you really meant BJ's hands.

Maybe I misunderstood. I thought he was implying that Hermes had more power in is strikes than BJ.

Anyways, if you want to see BJ's knees, watch his fight with Thomas. If you want to see his hands, watch his first fight with Uno.

I think BJ pretty much shows in every fight he has good hands, but it was a good knee to also set up Uno.
