Good video. I don't know why he thinks his wrestling is better than Serra's BJJ? BJJ is not good for any wrestler. I like Josh, but don't see him beating GSP on Aug 25.

I think that it's funny that he thinks he's so good at wrestling that he doesn't need to practice it anymore. He'll learn that that's a mistake once he fights GSP.

Yeah, I think he'll KO GSP, too. You know, because Kos has KO'd so many people, especially former champions.

Yea but he's an evolving fighter and GSP has no heart. He'll beat him no doubt. Since you called me out I'm going to have to tell you that the Cubs are in the Central division not the east.

Damn bro. Thanks I didn't even notice I put that until now, lol. I must be smoking crack.

And he hasn't evolved enough to KO GSP. And ask Karo, Herion, Hughes, Mayhem Miller, Trigg, Sherk, or BJ if GSP has no heart.

Now, ask all of the no names (besides Joslin and Diego) who Kos has beaten if he has KO power. Kos' only hope is to take GSP down, and it's unlikely he'll be able to.

He's very confident it seems. I hope Koscheck underestimates GSP. He said that were going to see a new game plan from him. Does that mean he is going to stand with GSP? I hope so.

Actually he does not sound so confident, calling GSP a monkey wrench, while he was hoping to get a direct title shot against Serra. Obviously the guy knows of the dangers of fighting GSP and that is why he is working on a "game plan" to which he will stick to no matter what.

Kos is a smart fighter. He knows that to beat GSP he has to win the chess game. And he also knows that he may lose this one. So, the fact that he is specifically working on a GSP game plan is the only thing that can make him victorious here.

Note that he mentions that the fight is important for him because it will really tell him where he stands in the division. There are 2 or 3 guys that define the level of the division. GSP and Hughes top the list. So, for Kos, this is a test, and a test can go anyway. He may pull out the upset or get KTFO for the first time. Not even Koscheck knows.

Yup. Even at the same time after he brutally KO's Mark Hunt.

About the video, Kos is clearly looking past GSP because he is already thinking about championship match. I can't understand how he can think that way That's just stupid. GSP is way too good fighter to be looked past by anybody. Maybe Kos' eyes will open when GSP KO's him.

You misunderstood. His title talk has to do with what he believed was the case at the time of the GSP-Serra fight. He thought he was getting a title shot at that point. The GSP thing came later. He is most definitely not looking past GSP. Please re-watch the video.

My God I'm sick of people saying he has no heart. Back it up with an example man, it just doesn't make any sense whatsoever.

Medically speaking, GSP has no heart. He had it removed back in 98' because it was affecting his cardio. His commitment runs that deep! He had his emotions removed in 2004 and, well, he removed Matt Hughes nuts via repeated kicks to the groin in 2006. I think that about sums it up.

I guess i shouldn't watch those videos when i'm tired.. But thanks. You were right.

But if Kos is not looking past GSP, he is definitely underestimating him a little bit if he thinks that GSP has no heart or chin.. Or he is just hyping the fight.

If Serra can KO GSP, anybody can.

I won't go as far as to say that's whats gonna happen. But I'm just saying, I have a theory that GSP cannot handle pressure fights. If Koscheck comes out with overwhelming aggression?

Who knows?

Wow he gets caught with a punch 1 time and now everyone is hating on him? This is ridiculous, I can't wait until he tools Kos next weekend.

I agree. But if you watch the fight again (link below), you'll see GSP has holes that can be taken advantage of that Serra exposed.

Koscheck IMO is a good athlete who trains with some solid kickboxers at AKA and has improved exponentially since the show.

I think this fight will be alot better than people expect and again, like I said, watch this fight again and tell me you can honestly say Koscheck has ZERO chance.

Sorry, the URL is screwy, but if you google the fight, there's a myspace video of the fight.

He tapped when Serra was pounding on his ass. It's not like he was out, just getting hit. If you're in an armbar or choke and you're about to go out tap. But if you're getting pounded-move your ass or get KO'd, make big John stop it or something.
