Why cro-cop lost to Gonzaga
After studying this fight for sometime now ive finally pin pointed the exact reason why Cro-cop lost to Gabriel Gonzaga.
the answer is Duran Duran, yes that's it Wild Boyz by Duran Duran.
How can anybody be taken seriousley when they walk into a cage fight with Duran Duran playing.
Mirko needs some heavy metal or nasty hip hop or something, he'd definatley win then.
Just thought id share that little gem with you all.

He got kicked in the head....hard. I see your point but I think that the overdose of foot to the head might have had more to do with the KO than Duran Duran.

that is debatable, though
i thought the 46 elbows to the head may have had something to do with it, but the more i think about it... damn duran duran, they get ya every time.

Do you think that ring entrances and different kinds of music either help or hinder a fighters psycological status.
Like when Rampage walks to the octogon his music is aggressive and he looks like he just knows he's going to win, Crop cop came down looking really focused but with some cheezy 80's euro pop song playing .

In all fairness to Cro Cop. This song probably only came out in Croatia last week. Cro cop being a legend there, he got it advanced copied for his walk in fight song.
Gonzaga mustve been saying to himeself "WTF??? Even in Brazil we've gotten to Ice Ice Baby by now"

i think that walkin music can amp you up for a fight, but you gotta remember that crocop came out second and gonzaga had to "warm up" to duran duran. it might make you opponent fight worse

LOL Too funny, but I always thought this would be a good song for CroCop, it suits his style more I think
