Bas Rutten/Chuck Liddell/Guy Metzger Inside MMA
For those of you who do not have HDNET, Mark Cuban launched his new MMA News show with hosts(get this) Bas Rutten, Chuck Liddell, and Guy Metzger.
The show is called Inside MMA, and is a strictly all MMA news for 1 hour. It was outstanding. As co-host tonight, they had Kevin James (Comedian) and some other dude who I dont know .
Mark Cuban was also shown on video with his plans for his own MMA. He elaborated that he will regulate his MMA organization just like a regular sport and wants actual seasons for fighters and , get this, wants them to figt 24 times a year!
Cuban on the show also said he has plans to bring MMA in 3D. He made a point to mention that he was the first guy to bring MMA to HD, now he wants to bring it to 3D.
Check this show out. It was pretty neat getting LIddell and Rutten together to analyze MMA news. They covered just about every single organization, big and small and every single fight that's occured the last weeks. From Art of War, to KOTC, to UFC 75, to very small shows I've never heard of.
Very cool show.

Does he want to have 24 fight cards a year or each fighter fight 24 times? Also what is the name of this show maybe I could find it on the internet somewhere.

24 fights per fighter, per year is too much I would think. He had to mean cards.

Mark Cuban does not do things half-way. Thats for sure. Is HDNET a regional thing? I work for Comcast and I've never heard of it, except for threads on this forum that is.

HDNET I know is on DirectV on the HD package. He owns the network, and this show is called Inside MMA.
Pretty interesting. I dont know if he meant 24 fights a year or 24 cards because I caught him saying it when Bas Rutten was commenting that he didnt think it would work.
So I'm sure he'll straighten out that because no way in hell can a fighter fight 24 fights in a year. Then again Cuban said he's gonna structure his MMA to be more seasonal like Baseball, football, etc whatever that means.
Also, if you guys want to know. Cuban right now is simply calling his MMA organization HDNETfights.
He has a friday fight night of boxing then a friday fight night for MMA.
So far too, his fights have been good. Although no-namers, the fighters are solid skilled guys from very small orgs.
