just re watched the fight the knot on shoguns head looked like it came from an elbow from the bottom when forest was on top. If you watch the end of round 1 forrest lands a punch and shoguns head bounces off the cage floor right on the knot. you can here the BANG right after the bell. Love shogun and hope he was not seriously hurt.
