Exclamation Anderson Silva talks about his training

The UFC middleweight champion, Anderson Silva (19-4-0), arrives in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, next week to train with Black House. Anderson, which will face the former champion, Rich Franklin (22-2-0), at UFC 77, guarantees that he's training hard not to be surprised by his opponent: “I am preparing to make a great fight and brawl with the best fighters. I think that Rich Franklin is an excellent fighter but I want make history in the UFC as the longest time undefeated fighter”.

I don’t like the attitude of some of the fans who always like to complain. When they say if you had a quick fight that they wished it was longer and if you have a long fight they say you should have beaten this guy quicker. Some people you just can’t please. If it is so easy, they can put on a glove and do it themselves. I’ll watch them fight.

He has never been out of shape before and he seems injury free. There is no reason for him not to be in good condition... or to lose for that matter.

Rich franklin will lose again and then retire and become Jim carrey's stunt double. I hope Silva ends It in the first round because by second round his face might no longer look like Jim carrey

Yeah that is true. Plus I am sure after his last fight he won't be taking anyone lightly.
