After reading through all of these interviews I am starting to think the same thing. Randy even said he was tired of being portrayed as the good guy, or something to that effect.

I don't pretend to know all the in's and out's of the UFC pay scale but they are posted after every event. How does Randy not know what other fighters are being paid? He even said it's a close knit group and they all talk about these things. You didn't talk about these things until after you signed your contract? In my opinion after he beat down Gonzaga and aquired an even larger fan base he felt he deserved more for money. Problem is he signed a contract, to little to late. All the other things he's complaining about is nonsense.

I dont have an issue with anything randy said. Im sure Babalu had a contract too. They had no problem dropping him. Professional sports is a bussiness and a prefessional athlete really only has quitting to use as leverage. He was willing to take the lower contract so he could fight for the title. he was willing to keep the lower contract to fight fedor. Well he doesnt get to fight fedor so he wants more money to fight other people. I dont have a problem with that. The UFC said no and he said I quit. Whats the problem everyone has with randy? All of a sudden he is a bad guy because he wants to make money like Tito and Chuck? Imagine his displeasure if Rampage makes more than Randy...Rampage wasnt really impressing anyone when the UFC signed him. Rampage was really brought in to lose to Chuck but he surprised a lot of people by winning again. So I dont see how he should have been given a bigger contract than Randy. He is 44 years old and he wants to fight fedor and make movies or at least get some of the big money and make movies.
