Who is next for Florian?
I think he should be fighting the winner of the Griffin/Tavares match up, which means Griffin.
Any rumors?

florian is great... he does have matchup issues with guys like sherk, or strong wrestlers who can take him down hard and hold him there... so griffin could be a problem for him...
BJ vs florian would be a ridiculous war though

Huerta. The winner of the two should fight the winner of Penn vs. Stevenson.

I don't think Huerta is going to make it through Guida in Dec. Besides, Huerta has been hand feed opponents so he doesn't deserve a title shot anytime soon ( of course that will not stop the UFC ). Having said that, I wouldn't mind a Huerta/Florian match.
Also, I don't think Florian has had the match-ups to get him into a title fight yet either. If he made it through Griffin, Fisher, Edgar or Tavares I might think differently.

I think Kenny should fight Joe Lauzon next. I'm not sure if Joe deserves it just yet, but he did finish the first lightweight champ in Jens. Also I believe it would be a great fight.

ya you're probably right, the winner of Fisher and Edger does sound very interesting.

Hopefully he will fight someone that will shut him up. I think Din could have done that had he not injured his knee on the takedown attempt. Hopefully huerta, penn, or spencer fisher will shut him up and finish him.

I bet any of the guys you named there would beat Kenny, he would have the best chance agianst Fisher though. Also, even if Huerta lost to Guida, I think he would beat Kenny as well.
Yeah he finishes fights but I out of guys he has fought for the most part, the only ones I can name are the ones that have beaton him.....
Sam Stout - was not a good match for him
Din Thomas - got hurt

He's going to be commentating at the TUF finale, that could be a hint towards who he's fighting next.

I heard he is replacing all of Randy's commentating duties. I'm really not a Florian fan at all, hopefully he does an ok job.

I would love to see a rematch between Florian and Diego Sanchez in the LW division.

There was an article at MMAMania(I'll have to find it) and it said that Florian will fight the winner of Guida and Huerta some time in 08

I am a big fan of Kennys based on the improvment and development of his skills. A Black belt in BJJ that shows a natural affinity for MT striking and a strong will to win. I am going to go against the grain and say that Kenny could beat any of the top 155'rs, execpt maybe Stevenson, he is crazy strong.
