Dana is a friggin tool. Why would he sh!t on AA like that. By saying that comment, he's no different than those drunken idiots in the crowd that boo 5 seconds after a fight goes to the ground... all they want to see is blood followed by a KO... it's pathetic. I hope Randy keeps doing what he's doing. I hope he doesn't come back to the UFC.

You are really not in touch with reality. Dana White AND Andre Arlovski BOTH said that the fight had been BORING. AA even promised a better, more exciting fight next time around.

Well, you never actually tried to prove me wrong. I said Silva had more fights in Cage Rage. Okay, he had for CR fights and two CF fights on his record. It was just a little confusion there. You can go on and on about it, if you like. It did not change the fact that my point is not really about how many CR fights Silva had. You have to cling to that point. But, you cannot do anything about the simple fact that out of Anderson Silva's 24 fights only five were in PRIDE and that was three years ago and more. THAT'S the real point that you cannot prove wrong.

Now, can you do something right. Can you stay on target in THIS thread and find an opinion about Randy Couture's press conference and post it. Feel free to cut and paste any "argument" or opinion that you can find (since you don't form your own and only attack other's "arguments" and opinions). So, the challenge is on you: talk about UFC conference call press conference.

Sure AA promised that because that's what the fans want. Fights don't always go the way you planned it would go. Sometimes people don't get KTFO or get their head split open. It's because of that, that Lister's fight wasn't televised. It's because of that AA hasn't gotten a title shot. I just think it's stupid to reward people on their excitement (marketability) factor instead of thier actual skill... but whatever, that's just me.

As far as your last question... I take the third option, YOU.

No, you just proved that you don't post to contribute to the discussions.

And, Anderson Silva is a PRIDE Fighter (5), a Cage Rage fighter (4), a Mecca fighter (5), a Rumble on the Rock fighter (1), a Gladiator Fighting Championships fighter (1), a Conquista Fight fighter (1), and more recently a UFC fighter (5). He's already had as many UFC fights as he had PRIDE fights. Anderson Silva is a journeymam fighter that has made it big in the UFC after fighting in numerous other promotions. It can be said that he is better now because he has GREATLY improved since leaving PRIDE Fighting.

Now, can we please discuss the UFC conference call press conference?

That was about a fight prediction. A lot of people get fight predictions wrong. If Penn lost then it would have proven me right. What you don't see is that I said that I would have a changed opinion of BJ Penn, if he beat Jens Pulver. So, BJ Penn proved me wrong by coming to that fight ready and willing to do what it took to win. He did not gas-out like he did against GSP. He did not get beat down like he did when he fought Hughes (the second fight). A loss to Pulver would have been a third loss. And, I think we all agree that three losses in a row in the UFC can spell disaster for a fighter's career.

I never said that I cannot be wrong. And, I have almost always admitted when I have been shown to be wrong. Everybody makes mistakes. People that are wrong can get things right. People that are right can get things wrong. But, predictions about fights is hardly a support for showing how somebody could be wrong or was wrong. I also stated that Serra would lose to GSP and that Couture would not beat Sylvia. I siad that Koscheck would lose to Sanchez. Anybody can be wrong about that stuff.
