Arlovski vs Buentello
Okay, I know theres a thread somewhere about this, but you know me- I never look for threads and revive em
Is it just me, or is anyone else expecting a huge upset and Buentello beatting Arlovski? I dun no if its CRX's freaken signature or what, but I can easily see Buentello pulling an upset haha

That may be the only thing to save this PPV as disappointing as the card is. I'm already looking forward to UFC 56.

I dun no, this kinda card, it seems good.... I'm lovin the fact that Joe Riggs is gonna be like 80 pounds and fighting hahaha
also BABALU, come on, hes awesome!
I like Arlovski, but I do think Buentello has more than just a punchers chance

Arlovski is going to win because he is just over all a better fighter then Buentello. Better puncher, better on the ground, more focus, and better shape. Buentello could k.o. Arlovski, if he can get close enough to him. But, I just don't see Buentello pulling it of.

I gotta go with AA on this one. Probably by knockout or one of those drop him and lock in the submission. One way or another I don’t think that this will go to a decision.

I dont think the judges will be needed either. I hope all of AAs friends are in his ear telling him how hes gonna roll over Paul. Andrei is top shelf, no doubt, but my boy Paul is an expirienced champion. He is hungrier than AA. This is a sport where anything can happen (unless Sean OHaire or Wes Sims is involved ) and Buentello is the wrong guy to sleep on. This is the best fighter each has ever faced -unless you count AA/Rizzo, and we know how that turned out- and should be an awesome fight. Im gonna be rolling in points, or flat broke after this.
Like I said before, I see AA throwing a lazy low kick, and Paul giving him a right hand Andrei will never see or remember happening. Then AA will have a sore jaw and a great reason to train harder, but my boy will be polishing his new bling.

I like AA in this one they both have great knockout power but Arlovski is better overall and has dominated where I think Buentello Knockouts have won him some fights that were pretty close until the knockout.
I think I'll be placing Heavy "units" on the Pit Bull.

Hmmm, I don't know about this one. I want Arlovski to win but I think thee headhunter might be the one celebrating at the end, just a hunch. I can't wait to see it though.

I have been an AA fan for a pretty long time, I remember him from some of the early UFCs. I really don't know as much about Paul, but I have seen him work out at American Kickboxing in San Jose. I really think Paul has the better stand up striking, not much better, but I really think Paul doesn't get respect as an accurate puncher. He doesn't look like a boxer really with that spare tire, but hes not just someone whos going in there to swing for the fences like Tank. I think if Arlovski stands with Paul, it will be in Paul's favor, but on the ground look for the heel hook from the Pitbull.
I'm really considering putting a $100 bucks on Paul. But I'm still a bigger AA fan, just got a funny feeling.

Arlovski by KO 1st Rd or Sub 2nd Rd. I'm not dissing Paul, he does have more then a strikers chance.
Someone had mentioned Paul wants it more, or had more heart? I disagree.. The pitbull waited patiently for Mir. It never happened, he now is the undisputed champ and he wants to come out and prove it...
Just my thoughts

My bet is on AA to win if he is at his best. However, if he underestimates paul in the slightest and lets his guard down paul could score an unexpected knockout hit.
it could go either way in my opinion.

As well as his glassjaw that has yet to be tested except by the guys who beat him. I used to like Andrei but the way he is getting overrated so much is getting ridiculous. He is not the best in the world like everyone thinks. None of the guys he has beat could even be considered in the top 10 HW's. His biggest win is over Matyushenko. Who I only mention because he has a W over Pedro.
