Silva is very humble and a good champion. Why do we yearn to see success become failure?

I don't know who I want to win.

I really want to see Hendo win a belt in UFC,but Silva is such a nice humble dude.

All I ever really root for is a good fight though.

His attitude is really awsome. You cant help but to like him. But on the otherhand, upsets are what make it intresting. If there was an unbeatable fighter like Anderson, then how long would it hold intrest?

It will be Silva by TKO in the 1st round. I also agree, Silva is such a nice guy and he does not even let it go to his head, he does not say anything negative about his opponents he even said last night that the outcome will be good but he never said or predicted he will be victorious on the other hand Dan said he was going to kick Silva's ass, we'll see about that.

Silva is the best PERIOD.

Sadly, because I think most people want the loud trash talking champion. People pay to see arrogance and flamboyance. In saying that, recent UFC champions, including Silva, are NOT like that. I find it refreshing and respectful. Who cares if his english is not great. I'm not watching his speaking skill , i'm watching him to fight and KO people!
I'd like to see Silva win by TKO. His strikes are by far accurate and to the point in most fights I''ve seen him in.

Fighters like Anderson Silva and Fedor don't brag. They just win. Arrogance and bragging is beneath them.

You took my post totally out of context. And actually, nobody is "hating" on anybody in this thread. Everybody in here has been respectful of Anderson, acknowledging his talent and success as a fighter. For you to come in here calling people "pathetic" is just out of line imo.

No disrespect to Silva, many here have shown him respect and given him props, as I have myself. Just like Hendo better. Additionally, if Silva beats Hendo we are right back where we were before - with an "Invincible" MW Champ and ZERO interesting MW Championship matchups. If Dan wins, we at least have the Silva/Henderson rematch to look forward to. If Dan wins again, we have Hendo/Franklin and a few other interesting possibilities.

A Silva win means business as usual at MW. A Silva loss opens up new and interesting MW possibilities.

Fullon said exactly what I was thinking. It's a very boring division in my opinion. At the very least I want a war so we can see a second fight between the two.

A boring division? You weren't saying that when Rich was champ. Besides, nobodies more exciting to watch fight than Silva. Hes tha one that made that division exciting. Oh yeah lil psycho, your just another grudge holder, I'll enjoy spending your $25. Silva by TKO 2nd or 3rd round. Until next time................

Agree 100%
Or as Randy Jackson would say (if anyone watches AI) "YES...One hundred trillion-billion percent"

I don't have an opinion either way on Dan Henderson, but I like A. Silva as champion. His fights are always exciting and he's completely respectful towards his opponents..

If there is going to be a 'reign of dominance' for any belt-holder I would want it to be Silva.

I like henderson, he is a well rounded all american guy. I am not saying that AS IS NOT all of the abpove (minus the american man) but I think hendo will take this one.

Be prepared to feel the shoulder strikes silva! WAR HENDOOOOO

Dan Herderson has a tough chin, fighting with both heart and stamina plus strong wrestling base. While Anderson Silva has good techniques and precision reflexes. I think this would make a good fight, with Anderson Silva edging on the points for unanimous decision.

There are a few too many eagles populating this thread, and the red, white and blue is blurring your vision. Yeah, Silva can lose. But Hendo being a favorite? That's crazy. In a normal scenario Hendo's head will give in eating punches before the 5 rounds are over.

Anderson Silva's defeats in his career have come in unusual circumstances, and he is a much better fighter now than years back.

He's putting a first KO in Hendo's losing column.

ADD: People really believe that Hendo will take the fight to the clinch and then the ground but, if you look at Hendo's fights, he likes to stand and exchange more than anything. He is a stubborn guy and, even though people probably have told him not to, he will try to stand with Anderson. Then he'll get KO'ed.

I hate to admit it but you may be right. I do have Henderson winning the fight BUT if he gets stubborn like Leben and tries to stand with him. It might be a short night for Hendo...
