What are some fights that you think are overrated/underrated fights. Not fighters just the fights.
Overrated- Garcia vs Huerta
Underrated- Sherk vs Franca

Underrated - Liddell/Silva, Griffin/Tavares, Griffin/Guida, Griffin/Edgar
Overrated - Guida/Huerta

Overrated-Stout vs Fisher(either one)
Underrated-Tokoro/Menjivar,mostly because people don't know about it.In the UFC I would say GSP/Mayhem or Diego/Diaz.

I thought this was strictly UFC but mucho props for the Tokoro/Menjivar drop. Easily one of my favorites EVER

People liked Serra/Lytle?
To this day,that is my least favorite fight ever.15 minutes of foot stomps.

I have never seen anyone say anything about Serra/Lytle. Easily one of the worst MMA show's ever on TV the TUF4 Finale.

Can't believe some people didn't like Huerta-Garcia or Huerta-Guida - 2 very exciting fights in my opinion.

I just loved the fight bro. At the beginning of the round you knew Sherk was in trouble because it was standing. At the take downs there was almost always a beautiful slam. Sherk transitioned more smoothly and easily than anyone I have ever seen do to a black belt in BJJ. The only thing I didn't like was how Sherk wouldn't posture up, but other than that I really enjoyed that fight. |

i also think the Sherk vs. Franca match was a good one. Sherk's ability to control the action on the ground and maintain and advance position is amazing.

Couldn't agree more, and also BOTH Fisher Stout Fights were instant classics. I am bewildered that anyone would call either of those fights over-rated.
Most over-rated? Any BJ Penn Victory that didn't happen in the first 2.5 years he fought.
Most under-rated? Jardine over Forrest and Jardine over Liddell. Might add Jardine over Bonnar but the refs missed on that one. Keith "Techno Viking" Jardine gets no love for anything he does.

I like Guida vs Huerta/ I also liked Garcia vs Huerta, but I felt that Garcia-Huerta was way to overrated.
