New UFC website?
Hmm, they seem to have updated the UFC website...
UFC® Ultimate Fighting Championship®
Now, let's hope that they keep it properly updated...

Thank God. It's about time they did something with the sorry excuse for a website they had before. It still needs some work of course but it's way better than before. It's pretty easy to navigate and just needs a little more to it. It's pretty bland right now. If they keep it updated and don't charge a membership fee for "exclusive access" or some bs like that then I might visit it often.

well now, about time. i suppose they had no choice since they basically banned every other online site from covering UFC. they had one of the worst sites up until now. i just checked it out myself and it looks better but i am not sure if i like how they have the fighters listed. at least its up to date.

It looks good. They really needed to update. It'll make me want to go to their site more. Pride needs to update their US site. I visit the Japanese site more often than the American one.

Hallelujah! At last! And not before time.
If they can keep it regularly updated I will be impressed and may even start to visit it frequently.

They're up to date with news and everything and their multimedia section has event highlights. I'm happy! I'm forgetting the media ban.

Hopefully we're not getting a "free trial" though. Sorry to sound negative it just wouldn't surprise me.

I also got that feeling that they're going to want people to pay. I don't think I would pay to visit UFC's website.

I was just thinking about it. Why would UFC do this? Obviously that costs money to have someone run the website do all the media stuff, interviews, videos etc. but this is all stuff that Sherdog was doing...for free. Something just doesn't sit right with me about that.

I think UFC wants to be the big dog on the block and does not want any others pissing in their lawn.

I know it sucks. I don't know what the $5 a month gets you because I was always satisfied with the Sherdog videos and coverage. Now I just can't help but feel a little screwed over by it.

The only thing I want to get on MMAWeekly is the radio show. Is there another MMA Radio show that's any good?
