Babalu vs. Forrest
In a recent interview Forrest mentioned Babalu's name, and said he said some hurtful things. I think this could be the next big fight. I personally would love to see this. I think Forrest would kill Babalu. I persoanlly don't like Babalu, and if Forrest did beat Babalu, wich would give him some cred. I think we might be seeing Forrest vs Chuck, if this fight happens. What do you guys think? I hope theres not as many Babalu nut huggers as in the Sherdog forums. Forrest rules.

Sorry sosomomonono, but I'm a big fan of Babalu's What hurtful things is he supposed to have said?
Incidentally, I would also like to see this fight, but if you think Forrest would kill Babalu, you may well be in for a surprise

Man I never thought I would hear anyone say Forrest would kill Babalu. I think that match will happen to hold Babalu over while Randy is guranteed the next shot at Chuck. Babalu will be the next in line. I don't know that there are "nuthuggers" but there probably are a lot of people who think that Babalu will beat Forrest. I guess you can call me one of those nuthuggers. Babalu via armbar or possibly triangle.

Yeah, I feel Babalu would be the favorite for sure, but I don't ever count out Forrest Griffin. The guy seems to do whatever it takes to win. He was rocked a few times by Elvis Sinosic, but he refused to quit. Babalu might hurt him in the ground game though. If Forrest could keep him standing, he would have a chance. I think Forrest can stand with anyone in the UFC LHW division right now, with the possible exception of Chuck.
I didn't think Diego could beat Diaz either, so that shows what I know. Obviously, anything is possible in the UFC these days.

I wouldn't mind seeing this. It's not one of those must see fights but it could be good. My money would be on Babalu.

Forrest's fight against Elvis ended a little premature if u ask me, but wtf do i know. It'd definitely be a hell of a fight against Babalu. Both these dudes can be pretty intense.
Babalu by KO.

Babalu by horrible decapitation or choked out death. Babalu is way way WAY out of Forest's leauge in my opinion. I love Forrest and I think he'd put up a decent fight, but man. It's freaking Babalu! The dude that beat SHOGUN RUA and JEREMY HORN in the SAME night!

Forrest and Chuck seems like a way better fight than Babalu vs Chuck, thats why i'm rootin for him. Babalu's a great fighter, don't get me wrong, thats why I said it would do Forrest good too win, but I dont see his last fights, as impressive as Babalu's. Forrest's last opponents and Babalu's werent really that great, but at least Forrest's fights were exciting as hell, plus hes tough as hell. I think this fights pretty intresting.

I never thought about that, I change my prediction to Forest by sponsor bribing of the judges. Unless Babalu gets that horrible decapitation or choked out death first.
So, can Babalu remove Forest’s head before it goes to the judges? Only time will tell.

Not unless Forrest can fight without a head.

Well could there be anymore of an impressive way to win a fight than removing you opponents head with one punch.

Ahh, touche my good man. I will have to say I can't argue that. I think he would prefer to remove it via triangle til he squeezed it off though. That would be more impressive to me. And who doesn't like a see a decapitation every now and then?

I think a guillotine is the most effective way to remove a head.
