I cant beleive he said something about it, well atleast it confirms they were even thinking it. Did I hear something about him saying the UFC and dana were 'totally down with it'?

Rogan on Jimmy Kimmel Live, just confirmed they both said yes and are waiting for the details to be hammered out. He also said it will be mma style.

Joe would take Wes out for sure. As long as he could get him to the ground, I'm sure he'll do fine.

Look for the most boring part of UFC 56! It is not so hard to find, because there was really only one boring fight at UFC 56. Franklin refered to that boring 15 minutes in his post-match interview. LOL, here is a hint: the fight ended with a sweet superman punch!

From what I have heard Joe Rogan is serious about it. The only place I see it being held is in the UFC. No other promotion would really benifit from it.

I would really doubt the UFC would do this fight because it would make them look silly and gimmicky. I can see KOTC signing it.

I didn't watch the Shaman Gonzaga fight, After Joe mentions the fight the New Guy says that it dose not reflect the views of the UFC. And then Joe says 'no, they are cool with it.'

Why wouldn't the UFC go for it..It is well known that the ufc well take money where ever they can get it..Think about it a name like wesley snipes and the host of fear factor come on and who wouldn't love to see Joe's BJJ skills I can't wait

To me if it on the undercard and the rest of the fights are good I'm ok with it. I wonder who they are going to get to replace Joe that night for commentary. If it were me I would have a couple fighters do the anouncing and promo it as a switch or jobs or the like.
If its a main event I would probably not be getting the PPV unless they stick another WW title fight on there too.

I am not sure about this one. It is very gimmicky. It is pretty much like a UFC match of old. Pretty ridiculous if you ask me. It is kind of like Celebrity Boxing. Ridiculous but funny to watch. That's not the reason I like fighting though. I'm not into it but would still watch it just to see how ridiculous it is.

The bit on Jimmy Kimmel was pretty funny, Rogan said he got a call that said "you wanna fight Snipes?" He said "I was like, OK, kinda like when they called me about Fear Factor." I think he said something in regards to it being associated with a UFC event but the whole thing hasn't been put to paper yet. He mentioned the part about Snipes trying to revive his career and the first fight he tried to get was Van Dam and whoever told him that nobody would care! LOL

I read that former UFC owners from SEG are going to promote it.
