When Rogan was on the show, he didn't say a date. He said all the contract stuff still had to be drawn up. I'm sure since Snipes is trying to make as much money as he can so he can "revive" his career to pay all the back taxes he owes he'll try to get it into the biggest venue he can.

Snipes is hurting financially, that's been said elsewhere besides talk about the fight. And nobody is knocking down his door to star in their movies. If memory serves me correctly Rogan stated this as well during the interview. Besides look at all the other goofs out there that are/were celebrities of sorts that have nothing or are in some sort of bankruptcy (Michael Jackson, Tyson, etc).

Snipes was some sort of national champ in TKD.

Rogan is a TKD black belt and trains BJJ. Snipes is a black belt and has studied numerous martial arts. I think if Joe brings it to the ground, he wins. And it will be hilarious to see this fight.

Within two years, Rogan had earned a black belt and went on to become the Massachusetts Full Contact Tae Kwon Do champion four consecutive times. At the age of 19, he won the US Open Tae Kwon Do Championships and, as the lightweight champ, went on beat both the middle and heavy weight title holders to take home the Grand Championship.

this is from his web page

so it would be a good stand up fight i think

Rogan trains BJJ with Eddie Bravo. He's been taking private lessons from him for awhile now. As good as both probably will be stand up wise, I think Joe will take the clear ground advantage. This would be a great fight I think.

Not sure if he officially filed but I know he has a severe problem of not being able to pay his bills. I read where he owes a lot of people a lot of money. He came here to Indy a couple years ago and had some sort of private shopping spree at one of the malls after hours. Picked out tons of stuff and never paid for any of it when the bill came. Either way he's still a deadbeat, freak of nature!
