The other responses to my comment were good points, but I'm not exactly sure what you're saying. Is Heath Herring an underwear model in his free time and I wasn't aware? Does he have some other career that allows him to buy nice things?
I suppose you're trying to say that it might be from sponsorships and such, but to me, that's also "MMA money" as you have to fight to get that money. I'd comment more, but I don't want this to turn into yet another "Dana White is such a greedy jerk" thread.
Back on topic, it's cool to see that fighters can fight hard and still have respect for each other and hang out afterwards.

The articles says Dana has two more homes in Vegas, but none of them are worth more than 1 Million. That house in the video is worth WAY more. Plus they took a plane, so it wasn´t in Vegas I suppose. There are many rich people who rent out their homes, for shootings, videos, movies, etc. That seems to be one of them. Probably in California somewhere.
