David vs Rich ?
I'm sure there isn't many people on here that think David vs Rich shouldn't happen next but how do you guys think this fight will go ?
David could beat him, David is an awesome fighter when it comes to skills and we all know D can kick
I'm not real sure how good his chin is but I'd say it would be a WAR !!!

this fight has some serious potential. i just cant see Rich losing at this point. i respect David but Rich is a very smart fighter. i thinkhe will be ready for whatever he brings.

Yes you are right, rich might just be one of the smartest fighters in the ring, he was a teacher..lol.....the crow does have amazing striking and ground and pound but his ground game is horrible....rich is well rounded and should be dominant for a a while i hope...hes sick.....
but yes, the crow defenatly deserves the next title shot,,we'll see what happens..

Who's the fighter in Soul Caliber that says, "Not Enough!"
DL - Not Enough! It'd be great to watch tho.

I like The Crow a lot, and as we all know now he makes awesome use of those elbows, but I don't see him beating Rich. I don't think Loiseau will get close enough to do any substantial damage. I think it will make for a great fight though when it does eventually happen.

I believe that the "UFC Middleweight Championship Curse" is still alive and well and I see David beating Rich by stoppage from damage. "The Crow" is the future champion and represents Taekwondo! The dude is a beast.

I can't remember anyone saying Not Enough in Soul Calibur.
But, I think that the Crow has skills and those Elbows do have Knock out power but I don't see Rich letting it get to a point where he can use them effectivly enough to end it. If the Crow wins it will be from a cut.
PS. Hey somebody stole my Avatar. That's not cool man.

David's a good fighter and deserving of the title shot, but I just don't see Franklin falling prey to the elbows, or the kicks. First miss and Ace is gonna put him on ice.

I think David would have more than a good chance at winning this fight.

The Crow has a good ground defense game. Tanner had him on the ground for quite a wile and wasn't able to apply a choke or ground and pound. He just struggles with his sprawl. I can't even really call this fight. Rich Franklin is a better striker with his hands, but Loiseau is better with kicks. Rich is better with submissions and Dave is better at ground and pound. Tuff call. If David works real hard with GSP, he might just pull it off.

David may have the better kicks but kicks arn't really effective as a primary offense. Kick are better used to set up striking an to throw the other guy off. In stand up I give the edge to Rich hands down. The crow would have an andvantage in the clinch with the elbows but that is about it standing up.

I disagree with David having the advantage in the clinch. Rich is the king of dirty boxing he dominates in a tight clinch. He controls hands and hammers his opponent with uppercuts. I see ACE winning all the way.

I'd say a trained fighter with kicks and a damn good sprawl is way better than a good striker. Mirko is a perfect example of this. David's legs are longer than Rich's arms. If you watch Geroges vs Sherk and David vs Tanner, you'll see about every roundhouse that they throw, it lands.
Plus in the clinch, I see David dominating on the account that he has some Muay Thai experience so a huge part of his game would be in the clinch. He'll be landing elbows and knees about just as fast or faster than Rich's punches in the clinch.

We'll just have to wait and see I guess. I will be rooting for them both being a huge fan of both but one will have to win so until then.
