-Chuck Liddell vs. Rashad Evans
-Rich Franklin vs. Matt Hamill
-Nate Marquardt vs. Martin Kampmann
-Dan Henderson vs. Rousimar Palhares
-Karo Parisyan vs. Yoshiyuki Yoshida
-Dong Hyun Kim vs. Matt Brown
-Kurt Pellegrino vs. Thiago Tavares
-Roan Carneiro vs. Ryo Chonan
-Mike Patt vs. Tim Boetsch
-Jason Lambert vs. Jason MacDonald

1) Your picks should include each of the following for every fight on the card:
--Winner of the fight (worth 1 point)
--Method of winning: TKO/KO, Submission, or Decision. A fight won by DQ will count as a TKO (worth 1 point)
--Round the fight ends in: The title fights are 5 rounds, all other fights are 3 rounds (worth 1 point)

2) Points will be tallied as follows. Winner/Method/Round. You must have predicted the Winner correctly in order to have a chance to get the point for the Method.

You must have predicted the Winner and Method correctly in order to have a chance to get the point for the Round.

Any correct choice of Decision for the Method will automatically get the point for the Round.

3) Whoever has the most points at the end of the event will be declared the UFC 88 Predictions Contest Champion.

4) If there is a tie for most points at the end of the event, the person who predicted the main event outcome more accurately will win. If they are tied in their main event predictions it will go so on and so forth in that fashion with the next matches in the order at the top until we have a winner.

5) This contest is open to all forum members, including mods and admins.

6) The results will be posted and the winner will be announced in this thread once I have tallied up all the points. Only one entry per person.

The winner will receive 20,000 points and title of UFC 88 Predictions Champion.

DEADLINE is Saturday September 6th at 3 pm EST. No picks will be counted after that time.

Your first submission is final! Any submissions after the first will be ignored.

Again, do not post predictions in this thread. Use this thread on for discussion.

A few really hard ones in there I didn't have a clue what to do with the Palhares/Hendo or Marquardt/Kampmann fights.

In the end I went for Henderson/TKO/Round 2 and a Marquardt decision.

Just letting you guys know that the results for this predictions contest will probably be a little delayed. I am in the midst of moving into a new apartment and will not have internet till Sunday Evening at the earliest... thanks for bearing with me. Now...
